Writing, training, and business management have run parallel courses throughout my career. I earned 2 Bachelor's degrees from Florida State and a Master's from Southern Polytechnic State University, worked in corporate America, and opened several businesses of my own. Regardless, I freely admit, I learned most of what I know about how businesses operate through trial, error, and panicked recovery efforts. Success certainly feels great, but doesn't necessarily make a lasting impression.
